Bad Cramps!!!
Do you guys get really bad cramps? Like so bad that it hurts to stand up straight.
I’m a students athlete so I spend all my time moving around all day !!!! Any advice to stop the pain?
I forgot to take a pill the day before I get my period ( I take pills to decrease the pain and it works) Now that I forgot I have really really bad cramps.
