Well, i'm 84.3 kg currently

Yesterday i went to buy dress for wedding seasons but i realized yesterday how fat i'm in this age of 23.

I look so unhealthy and weak .. i always found myself beautiful coz my height is 5"8 so i felt its good for this height but oh my god this is not done ,, i have to lose weight.

So this is me today

This is everything i want to work on from today .

I need encouragement yes..
