Please read

Hi ladies so I’m a little confused I think I may have had a miscarriage but not sure so please read . It started Sunday with light cramming no bleeding and Monday morning I felt still some cramping but not horrible so i went to work , came home early fell asleep when I woke up I had spotting brownish and light as the day went on it got red not heavy but red when I wiped right away I was sure I was having a miscarriage so i put on a liner so long story short today I continued to bleed light but still red . I read that when u miss carry u should see some grayish tissue that is the embryo , but I’m only 5 weeks so idk if I was to early also I didn’t have clots just bleeding I’m so confused I took a test and still get a line . I didnt go to the hospital cause I read that their isn’t much they can do when your to early in and I wasn’t having any pain at all just bleeding . Again I’m confused can someone tell me if they have a similar experience and was it a miscarriage or not ? Thank you
