Help! Nasty cold throat is on fire what can I take??

Woke up this morning with a sore as throat body aches and slight temp. Not sure what I am able too take! Any lozenges I can take?

Gargle with warm salt water. Also lemon and honey is amazing

Not sure about meds other than Tylenol but when I was pregnant I drank hot water with lemon and lots of honey and that helped soothe my throat a little at least
