Rash on inner thigh
My inner thigh by my pantie line is almost raw (not literally). It hurts to walk or even stand being my thighs are always touching. What cream can I use to help get my skin back right?? As of now I am using Neosporin because I did not know what to use. I feel like a need a few days in bed with no panties!!
