This guy brokeup with me a couple weeks ago. Then about a week later he was saying he might’ve made a mistake and was asking if I’d ever get back with him. But I was being a bitch to him because I was hurt, so he said that he was thinking he made a mistake until we were still arguing during the time of us being broken up. He says he doesn’t see us getting back together anytime soon. He says I’m his bestfriend and he loves and cares about me as a person and he doesn’t want me to block him out of his life. Should I just respect what he wants and be friends or let him go? I just don’t understand how he can call me his bestfriend and say he loves me and wants me in his love but then breakup with me. He says he gives all his attention to me and I’ve done more than anybody has for him. I believe we’re meant to be together, I just think we need more understanding of each other. I don’t know whether to just respect his choice or let go because I’m still hurt. But I also know if I step back and we’re meant to be that its not going to help anything.
