I am 5’7 and weigh about 170 pounds.

Okay so Im 5’6 and normally 145-150 which is considered overweight but I think I look good and healthy 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t like being practically bone. My sister in law is 5’7 about 160 and she looks amazing! So I don’t think 170 is bad. May be overweight to doctors but they like no fat on anyone 🙄

Technically yeah you are. Doesnt mean you look bad or anything just in a dr scale you are.. i am 5'7 was 175 and according to my dr was overweight by 35lbs
