Over eating?

Question

Anyone else have an occasional over eater? It’s rare but sometimes I think my baby over eats...she nursed for over an hour then about an hour later nursed for another hour and then woke up and spit up several times. I think she just over ate...any advice? Or do y’all just deal with it?

If she is nursing straight from the breast it is very unlikely she is overeating. My daughter does that when she needs to burp - I just burp her more often. Also when she isn't actively sucking and is just using me as a pacifier, I take her off because she swallows more air that way. 
That said, it may not be the same for you and your LO, but I would definitely try burping her more and see if that helps.

also it says in your bio that she was born in january, so she’s hitting the cluster feeding stage. my babe would be attached to me for literally 5 hours at a time. she’s boosting your supply, it’ll pass soon! just try and burp more often as the other commenter suggested.
