After I stopped breastfeeding!! Since stopping (3 months ago) I’m down 20lbs maybe more but I’m also 30 weeks pregnant so it’s hard to judge.

My stopped when i stopped breast feeding and only way ive been abke to gain weight again is my pregnancy  (i have hyper thyroid) but i breast fed until he was 4 and a half to 5 months old my supply ended up dropping and i ended up drying up

I’ve gained weight since I started breastfeeding. I mean, after I lost a bunch after birth, then I regained it so fast. I’m not even eating any more than before.

I'm 7 months pp and still losing weight! Obvi not as fast as early on, but I lost another pound and an inch off my hips in the last month. I gained 27 pounds during pregnancy and I've lost 32 pounds.

I’m 18 weeks PP and have lost 30Lbs so far. (I gained 50Lbs while pregnant.) It’s plateaued in the last week or two, but I haven’t changed my eating yet, so I feel pretty good that the weight will continue to come off once I adjust my caloric intake. (I’m eating way more than I need y’all!)

I’m 4 weeks postpartum and have lost 20 lbs so far. I only gained 25lbs this pregnancy so I am almost back to my prepregnancy weight! You do have to be careful that you don’t eat too much while breastfeeding. It makes you crave sugar like crazy (I’m normally not one with a sweet tooth but I want chocolate all the time now!!) so I try to eat more fruit to satisfy my cravings for sweets.

Baby is almost a year & it’s slowed, but I’m still loosing weight 🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m gonna have to get some protein shakes or something if it doesn’t stop soon 😳
