Good day everyone!

I’m 7 weeks pregnant,last week my doctor did a urine test and result cane back and I have uti,so he prescribed antibiotics for me to take every 12hours. But my problem is I have serious yeast infection which is causing me sleepless night, I’ll be going in to ask if there are other treatments for UTI (like an IV drip or injection) and is it safe because I can’t help it anymore. Please who has had similar problem?
