BC after pregnancy

I have pregnancy medicaid at the moment. SAHM. After the baby is born, will I be able to continue having medicaid coverage? Can I myself reapply? Will need to get back on birth control and I will need insurance for those visits and follow ups for refills... I don't have an option for private insurance.
