4dpo symptoms

I'm currently 4dpo, I've been having a fair amount of nausea the past 2 days, worse today, and tonight my sense of smell seems really out of whack, which is making it worse. I have had some slight bloating and my cervix is still pretty soft. Has anyone ever had symptoms this early? How soon can I test?
