So much pain

Hello all!

I am a first time mom to be, 5w6d. I have my first appointment tomorrow, but was wondering if anyone else has experienced awful joint pain in your lower extremities? (Hips, legs, knees, etc) I have been up for hours with the worst lower back and hip pain! Should I be concerned? I will obviously tell my doctor tomorrow at my appointment... Thank you!
