Hi ladies i wish i knew what was wrong with me, so i have been having pregnancy symptoms i spotted 2 days then it stopped then i had a period of normally bleed 3 days but i bled for up to 7 days then no period then i spotted again i took a test it was negative 😭i was and still am heartbroken all i would like to know is what could be wrong i even have milk in my boobs and it feels full but it's not sore just tingling sometime and the tingling is also in my stomach that is not my actual weight i am so much thinner than that and i am dying inside to know what is wrong with me typing this post makes me cry even i am not loosing my head but i think it will if i don't know what is wrong with me

Please pray for me i pray everyday for God to reveal to me what is wrong i really want a baby and my boyfriend and i are trying so hard really but i actually want to give up now CUZ i am thinking can a pelvic infection make your stomach grow so big and can you have milk i your boobs and my nose is even growing big
