Q stands for queer which is a umbrella term, queer is someone that is not cisgender and/or heterosexual. Ace spectrum, people on this spectrum can have some sexual attraction to none. Some aisexaul people do experience some sexual experience but it might but very rare. You do not choose to be gay, or pan or Demi. You can’t choose to be aisexaul you are born that way. Aisexaul is a sexual orientation just like gay or bi. Thank you

When wondering if ace and aro people are LGBTQIA+, just ask yourself a question: "are aces and aros heteroromantic AND heterosexual?". For definition, the answer is no. If they're not straight (which we're not), then we're LGBTQIA+. 
And for all the people who think we're not and should just create our own community: we have our own community and y'all won't leave us tf alone! Exclusionists invade our spaces all the time, whether it's to make fun of us, to insult us, going as far as tagging aphobic posts as "ace positivity". Ace people get told that they're worthless and "cringy" and to kill themselves.
Asexuality has been accepted and included in LGBTQIA+ spaces since (at least) as far as the 1970s, exclusionists just don't care enough to know the history of their own community.
(Also lesbians, gays, bisexuals, and trans people all have their own communities, that doesn't mean they're not also LGBTQ+. The goal of having an inclusive and diverse community is to support and hold each other up, because we are stronger together and weak on our own. Things started to change for the better when we started to come together, and fighting against inclusion means fighting against what the LGBTQ+ community stands for.)

I am demisexual which is an ace variant. So is my boyfriend.  He goes for women. I'm panromantic, anything goes. Sexually, it has to be a special someone. I think we found each other. But before meeting him I didn't know who I'd find. I think he's cis. He hinted briefly at being intersex, but presents as male. I'm a trans woman, highly feminine. Yes I'm LGBT. 🏳️‍🌈

They could have their own community. Lgbt is same sex attraction and gender identity.. asexual is the lack of attraction. They are still very much valid!
