Ok, so I need some advice. My rock, my other half was adopted at the age of 4 while living in New York City. We would like to find his birth mother, as he would like to try to reconnect with her. Can anyone give me any advice on how to do this. The only birth certificate he has, gives the name of his adopted mother. He was two when put into foster care and doesn’t remember his birth mothers name. Any help you guys could give would be amazing. Thanks
