When is everyone going to try get there labor going

I'm 37 weeks next Friday I had all mine on there due dates went to hospital with a irritable uterus two days ago and was having contractions with no effect on my body my cervix is still closed and high and she's not engaged . When is everyone going to start getting things moving ??

I’m not doing anything to get things going until I’m past due. But I want to go a few days past so that’s the only reason! Lol I’m due 4 weeks from today so a Wednesday and would LOVE for her to come that Saturday or at least sometime that weekend. Grandma’s bday is 3/9 and big sisters bday is 4/9 so I think that’d be great! Plus I went 6 days past with my first so I’m expecting this time lol

I strongly believe in keeping baby in the womb for 40 weeks. If she decides on her own to come sooner, then that’s fine. However, I have just read so much about how even those last few weeks can be so important for brain development. I want her to bake as long as possible, even if it means having to wait and dealing with some of the less fun pregnancy symptoms. ❤️

This week (34 weeks) I started bouncing on a ball, drinking red raspberry leaf tea, and taking evening primrose oil and walking more. Not necessarily trying to get labor going quite yet, but I started around this time with my 1st and didn’t have her until 40+1🤦‍♀️

I’m not gonna start trying to induce labor till 38 weeks the earliest. But honestly I don’t think baby will make it to 38 weeks because I’ve already been having contractions a lot at 34 weeks lol

I’m 36 weeks Saturday and have a growth scan Friday, providing she’s a good healthy weight il be happy for her to come anytime from the weekend onwards

At 38 weeks I'll be alright with it, at 39 weeks I will probably start hoping for it, but really I'm not going to do anything to get it going lol

Not at all. I'm 33 weeks and have had preterm labor symptoms. Trying to make it to 37 weeks (23 more days) just so she can be a shamrock baby.

I'm not trying at all. I was already in preterm labor at 33 weeks so I'm more than okay with her staying in till her due date, March 6th. It's only 28 days away.

Anytime after Valentine's Day is good with me. I'm trying to make it a little longer, but also go before my induction if I can get things rolling naturally.
