Since yesterday my discharge has been having this reaalllllly distinctive sweet smell. Almost like vanilla cake batter??? This sounds so weird. Anyway, ive changes my panty liner 3x since then and keep smelling it and I can smell it even just dropping my panties when I pee. I don't soak the liner but there is always residual discharge on it, maybe the size of a quarter to a silver dollar. I have a doc appt in the morning tomorrow...do you guys think this even warrants a call today? Or would you guys just wait till tomorrow? I'm feeling fine, just weirded out by the smell. I'm 36 weeks
