Just discharge isn’t it 😒😒😒 37 weeks

I had regular contractions lasting 6-7 min apart, 1 min long, and for over 2 hours yesterday and I even woke up from some really intense ones last night. But they stopped. Woke up this morning and felt something drip out of me. Got all excited but I’m 99% sure it’s discharge 😫
