Did i get scammed?

Not at all about relationships and not sure where to put this but I really need some help.

Hey ladies so the rodeo is about to be in town, and I have an issue. I purchased tickets off ticketcenter.com and have yet to receive any information. I went back to the link where it said that you for your purchase and what not and it now says my ticket selection has been bought by someone else. I contacted my mom to see if the $263 was taken from her or not to be sure if I even made the purchase.

Has anyone here ever bought something from this website? Or have any knowledge on whether or not the site is credible?
