Acne with Mirena IUD

I’ve had my IUD for almost 3 years now ,and I was going through my pictures and I’ve noticed that my face has worsened over the years and I’ve come into conclusion it could be my iud ..

This was my face before the iud with no makeup.. and you’ll see NOW HOW IT LOOKS WITHOUT.

This is like 3 days after a bad flare up .. and idk how else to treat it .. I have a natural skin care routine so I’m not putting harsh chemicals in my face/skin ..
