Does anyone use those heat pad things to help with period cramps? Salonpas, Icy hot, etc.? I keep getting weird looks at work when I bring my electric heating pad in, but my cramps are just miserable on the first day of my period and am trying to find a solution (other than skipping work lol). Some times I'm also on my feet all day, so the electric heating pad is just inconvenient then. I did a search for posts in the past, but all of them were about whether or not you can use them while pregnant, which the consensus was no because of one/some of the active ingredients. There's no chance of pregnancy here, just need some relief 🙏🏻
