Not baby related at all. But was wondering if any of you mamas could tell me what I should do about the situation I’m in. So, my bf recently cracked his phone to the point of it not working and so he filed a claim through Asurion/Verizon Wireless to have a phone repair and he then dropped it off at a USPS collection box. It’s been a week now and the package should of been delivered overnight because it was priority mail. Well now that it’s been 7 days I called and all they told me is they can’t find the package if we don’t have a tracking number which we don’t, we only have a tracking number provided through Asurion but it did nothing at the USPS. Who can I call next? Or should I go in person? I talked to an Asurion representative 2 days ago and she confirmed that my package has not been delivered and they could start an investigation for it but they advised to go to the USPS office first.
