Hi, this is my third pregnancy at 6 weeks, 3 days. My first was an MC after surgery over 10 years ago. The second was an MC last summer at 7+ weeks. We had a private scan at 6 weeks but there was no heartbeat. This time round it feels quite different but I'm so anxious!! I've got mild cramping in my lower tummy (feels like my ovaries when AF is due) and random mild right lower back pain. I'm super hungry, tired and I've got the bloat. I had tender breasts up until yesterday. Anyone else with similar symptoms? Private scan booked for 17th Feb 🤞x
