I just make sure I feel something every day.

I’ve only counted if I don’t feel him move much just to make sure I get 10 kicks in two hours :)

I never even knew this was a thing but my little guy is very active

I do it once a day, my baby is super active so I don’t feel the need to obsess over it but it’s still very important

With my first I only counted when I felt like he wasn’t moving as much as normal, so usually when I was at work and not paying attention to him for a while.
