How much fenugreek?

Question

For those of you taking fenugreek to help with your supply, how much are you taking a day? I'm taking 9 610mg pills a day, but idk if it's really doing anything.

Just be careful, it hurt my supply and caused my son to have gas

Unfortunately it never worked for me. Lactation Consultant suggested I try Shatavari and Moringa increasing my dose every few days. We’ll see how that works out.
