Lots of liquids (water & fresh squeezed OJ is what I did), Benadryl at night to help with congestion and help me sleep, and just make sure you take it easy and rest as much as you can.

I had the same thing a few weeks ago, I just started taking Vitamin C 2x a day and it cleared up within 3 days!
