Day 15 "high" ovulation tests...never peaking

Anyone ever had a TON of high ovulation days?

My friend gave me hernclear blue digital fertility monitor and i test same time every morning. Ive been "high" for 15 days straight, never once peaking. AF is due in about a week or so and its been 9 days since ive gad any action goin on in the bedroom.

Any ideas? This seems weird to me.
