I just came down with food poisoning. I can’t eat anything at the moment bc it results in bad stomach cramps and a run to the bathroom. I’m worried bc I am exclusively breast feeding. I have read online that the food poisoning bacteria shouldn’t pass to baby through my breast milk but what I’m worried about is if fasting will decrease my supply? I have had very good supply so far and luckily have a small emergency stash in the freezer. Has anyone went through this? My little guy is only 7 weeks old so I really want to make sure my milk doesn’t dry up so soon!
