First time TTC and I need advice with some symptoms!!!

Hi ladies, I need some advice from anyone who has been pregnant before or currently is!!! This is my husband and I’s very first cycle TTC and we are praying we are able to have a baby this year!!! I have been on birth control for a little over 2 years but I’ve been off it for almost a full month now. I have had problems staying regular in the past due to PCOS so trying to get pregnant was explained to me that it was going to be very hard and won’t happen for me right away...so I’m not trying to get my hopes up but I’ve been experiencing very strange cramps not like my period cramps and I’m going on day 3 with really bad nausea!! I am only 5 DPO so I’m very confused...is this a sign or symptom of pregnancy?! I’ve never gotten cramps like this before my period and I’ve definitely never been nauseous like this either. What do you guys think? Thank you so much 💗
