I got a nipple piercing , I got both nipple pierced btw .belly piercing, nose piercing, septum piercing, the top of my ear piercing, I had an industrial but I took it off and the regular piercing that everyone has

Okkk umm. While were on the topic of piercings. I got my septum piercing done 3 days ago and I feel like my piercer isn’t very good. Like I think my barbell is too small because the ball thing I think is rubbing against my nostril causing a red spot there. And he told me to wash with Softsoap. But everyone’s saying to do sea salt soaks. Of and I’m pretty sure he put in an externally threaded circular barbell in
So like help. Is it possible for my piercing to be too small to be rubbing my nostril raw. (I can send pics if needed) 
And like should I trust my piercer and continue washing with Softsoap.
Or should I go to another piercer and ask what they think I should do.
