My girl loves yogurt! Our ped said to just make sure it’s whole fat yogurt & preferably plain so she’s been eating this.

She’s been eating some for breakfast. I mix it in with something we’ve puréed. She really loves it mixed with her blueberries.

My son eats yogurt daily, but one of these will last us about three days. I have a mini mason jars, and I divide it up. Thinking of making my own homemade yogurt :-)

My son eats Greek yogurt almost everyday, my doctor said it was great for him and I had nothing to worry about and it’s all good 🤷‍♀️. He loves it . Sometimes he has the whole thing or sometimes Greek yogurt and fruit or eggs .

My baby girl really loves yogurt.. I give her the ines with veggies or fruit.. she eats the whole 4 oz. But I realized that since she started eating food every day.. yogurt, pumpking, apple, pear, sweet potato, she is having a real bad time pooping... poop is dry an looks lime playdoh.. now im giving her plum juice and plum puree..home made.. but she still pooping dry... she makes sounds and faces pushing..  sorry for the picture...

My older son would only eat if we put Greek yogurt in his food. Otherwise he would refuse it, so he got it every day, multiple times. Our ped said to feed regular plain yogurt, not the baby kind.
