Please share your workout routine!
I was doing HIIT workouts before pregnancy but between first trimester fatigue and school, I couldn’t keep up. I’ll be 18w tomorrow and really want to keep working out throughout the rest of my pregnancy but it’s been a little difficult to do even simple things like run on the treadmill. I always stretch really well before but once im on the treadmill, I’ve been getting some pain and pressure in my lower abdomen. Im only doing 2 miles at a moderate speed but its quite uncomfortable.
Can you ladies please share your routine and if you have found any tricks or tips to help you workout? Belly bands? TIA!
