Embryo transfer day
Hey guys,
Today was my frozen embryo transfer and of course I’m a nervous wreck. Doc says try notto worry and relax but it’s so hard not to think or be nervous about this, especially after a failed fresh transfer. Any advice or suggestions on how to tackle the two week wait will be greatly appreciated 😩. I would also like some dieting tips and what should I do to help with successful embryo implantation.
