Be honest- did you have sex before being cleared at 6 weeks?

I didn’t have sex for months. I had a 3rd degree tear my first son & a 2nd degree year my second son. No way was a penis getting ANYWHERE near me. 👋🏻 Just because your OPK is negative doesn’t mean you’re not fertile. I’ve gotten pregnant without ever getting a + opk. Unless you want another baby asap, you should likely wear a condom and seriously consider birth control. 😊

Absolutely not, I was healing at 6 weeks still. After my doctor cleared me at i weeks, I was immediately on bc pill.

Im 8 weeks pp and still not feeling up to it!

I did at 5 weeks but used a condom cuz I didn’t want to get an infection or another baby so soon.

Please dont have unprotected sex so soon. Let your body heal. The LH surge could still be leftover from pregnancy and make you more fertile for multiples (triplets and quads) it can cause unnecessary stress on you. They suggest to wait at least 6 months pp, ideally 18mos.

Waited 6 weeks and wished I’d waited longer. 😖😢 It got better but was PAINFUL at first. Also, you’re totally fertile and like another person said, sperm will hang out a while so don’t risk it

Just so you know also, just because you took is negative doesn’t mean that if you don’t use contraception you won’t get pregnant. Sperm can live for 5 days so its possible to ovulate in those 5days. I personally BD 5weeks pp. but I had no tears just grazing.
