So my app stated I ovulated on the 03/02/19, although I feel like I ovulated earlier then that - I don’t use OPK strips so unsure when I peaked -

I am 4 DPO going by the apps prediction -

But I have some very tingly, sore and a lot of fullness in my breast, some low pelvic cramping, exhaustion - just wondering if these are maybe more linked with PMS?

Has anyone had symptoms 4 DPO and got a BFP?
