Is it okay to drink a glass of Wine while breastfeeding?  Is there a certain amount of Ounces I can have?  Do I need to pump & dump?  How long do I have to wait after drinking to feed baby?  I have a great stash accumulated in the fridge, I would just love to have a glass of wine w dinner for valentines day!! No judgements please. I'm not here for that! 🙌

Yes, one 5 oz glass of wine is fine. No need to pump and dump. Nurse first or while you’re having your glass of wine. Cheers! 🍷

I literally drink wine while I nurse my daughter lol. It doesn’t hurt anything.

You're totally fine to have a glass of wine. Alcohol passes through milk like it does the blood stream so the rule of thumb is if you can drive you can feed. No need to pump and dump, you don't have to wait a certain length of time to feed baby either.
