Plan B Failing

So Question... has plan b ever failed anyone if they taken it days before ovulation? If so, how many days? I’m curious to know..I constantly read all the time about women taking it too late ( either 1 day before ovulation or days after) but has someone taken plan b fairly early ( days not hours) and still got pregnant????
