Two weeks late

hi i’m on the pill and sometimes i forget to take it or take it hours apart depending when i wake up. my partner does not pull out and doesn’t use a condom. i’ve been having a lot of stomach pains, mild cramps that come and go and have had a bunch of mood swings and a lack of appetite. could i be pregnant?
