Help me. I need relief
Did any of you experience horrible stomach issues before you found out you were pregnant.
I woke up this morning and all day I have been feeling almost like I have food poisoning, I am super nauseous and I’ve been having horrible diarrhea. I’ve tried nausea medication and tums up the ass but nothing is helping. Please I need some advice. I’m either pregnant in early stages or I should go to the doctor about something else.
