Getting back *on track* (pun intended) πππ½ββοΈ
Last year, I did cross country but just let myself slip and quit due to my mental health. Now, Iβm slowly getting my life back. I reconnected with all my old friends, fell in love, started eating/drinking healthier, and lost 15 pounds! So I finally felt ready to start running again and I just ran 1.5-2 miles in 15 minutes! I know itβs not the best but it definitely gives me room for improvement. π I feel really great and Iβm so excited to get back in shape for the next season of cross country. I know how hard it is to get motivated and I just want to remind all you beautiful ladies to never give up. Itβs worth it!
