So so mad!! Hairdresser fucked up my beautiful long hair!!

So I really need too rant, went too the hairdressers for a small trim, no layers. I do not suit layers... the lady was really rude telling me how knotty my hair is then told me I will need too cut 2 and a half inches off too make it healthy which I declined and said I only want a small trim and too still have my pretty long hair. I am short sighted so couldn’t see what she was doing till she was done and when she was I was horrified. She not only took off the 2 and a half inches but also put these choppy horrid layers in my hair..... i am beyond words and pregnant and depressed that my hair I took so long to grow is stuffed :(
