Anyone on bipolar medicine?

I’m on lamictal for  bipolar disorder and I’ve been so worried I’m hurting my baby but my first appt isn’t until Monday! I have lowered my dose to 100mg tho and that’s the bare minimum that it even works at

I took it my whole pregnancy, it was fine. My psychiatrist also signed off on it.

lamictal has been known to cause cleft palate. I would call your Dr and ask immediately.

My psychiatrist was fine with me taking it my entire pregnancy as well as breastfeeding

Just make sure you are taking folic acid!  I used to be on lamictal too.  My doc always stressed the importance of taking folic acid just in case of pregnancy, even though I wasn't ttc then.
