Is this normal ?

So ill be 7 weeks tomorrow & every time I stand up and walk, sit down, move a certain way or lay down I get this really sharp pain in my stomach. I miscarried December 2016 so maybe I’m exaggerating & worried but I need to know if this is normal?

Does it feel kind of like a Charlie horse?

Does it go away so if you get out of maybe that position or whatever happened to cause it? I sat a way tonight and had a sharp pain as well and as soon as I moved it was gone. So it could be growing pains from your uterus expanding
