I'm about 8 weeks. I've been experiencing some sharp cramps, but so far (hopefully it won't happen) no blood. Common in the left pelvic area and vaginal area. I don't know if I should be worried or not. They come and go, but I want know if I should go to the er.

Update #1: Went to the er today. My baby is measuring at 5 weeks even though my blood work states I'm 7 weeks and 5 days. They also found a hematoma on my uterus. We have to wait it out. I'm doing the best to remain optimistic, but I'm scared for my unborn.
