So I’m in high honors program and I’m just not thriving this semester. I have straight Cs with 1 D and 2Bs. I already got accepted into colleges. Will this change anything for them to reject me?

Most colleges when they accept you will say that they will need a copy of your final year grades at the end of the year and may withdraw an offer or scholarship if they are not like your other grades they admitted you with. All of the Universities I had applied to required that

It could. A school may choose to decline admission based on the final semester of grades. But not all schools do that.

Yes. People always say “oh you are already accepted you good”. No! You got accepted because of good grades and if they see you slacking they can kick you out. Happened to my friend, she decided to totally ignore her senior year (no homework, no studying) and she ended up getting rejected after all
