What is the best post-swaddle option?

What contraption did you use to transition out of the swaddle, did it work and hoe did you like it. All the options are a bit expensive so we really want to invest in one. I've heard of the zipadee-zip, Merlin, nested bean etc.

Sleep sac, they aren’t restricted but still have something around them

Love to dream swaddle. She can have her arms up but isn’t as free so she’s not waking herself up flinging her arms around. I’ll transition her when she starts rolling.

Halo sleep sacs, started at about 2 months (I think, that time is a bit foggy in my memory!), still using them at 16months. My son hated being swaddled, so it was a very easy transition: stopped using swaddles, started using sleep sacs. We didn’t give him another option. He was fine with it very quickly.

We used sleeved sleep sacks but now he’s in sleeveless sleep sacks (halos) if his pajamas are cotton. If his pajamas are fleece, then he has a onesie on underneath and no sleep sack.
