Idk what to do anymore. My husband wont talk to me, hes going through his bout with mental health but refusing to get help for it so he takes it out on me, and my family is so judgedmental and just downright harsh. Im currently 6 months ish with a boy and we lost our daughter in June. Im just feeling really alone and sad, and theres no one to talk to. Plus im on bedrest but i still have to get up to do everything at home because he normally doesnt want to help me, so idk what to do. Is trying to make friends even worth it anymore? I dont want my son to feel this sadness and pain, and i dont want to be like this when he gets here. 😪
