Getting off the pill
Just got off the pill for the time in 12 years and I’m 28 now! My husband and I want to start trying in the summer. I want to be safe right now so I’m assuming be careful during the fertile window and once I ovulate then sex as natural? I’ve never not been on the pill so this is all new for me ! Please help !
