Hey ladies, tonight I've been experiencing some stong abdominal cramping. Its almost like period type cramps. And now they have radiated to my lower back, on both sides and have become a bit stronger in the past hour. I know cramping in pregnancy is normal due to stretching and RLP, but last time I had similar cramps around 11 weeks I started bleeding and ended up having a decent size SCH.

17 weeks now and last week OB said the SCH was still there. I am also high risk for preterm labor.

Anyone else experiencing cramps like these. They are a little more than just uncomfortable. I dont want to be overreacting, but because of the scare I had at 11 weeks, its hard to differentiate normal cramping and abnormal cramping.

Could this just be normal stretching cramping or possible cramping from my SCH? I suppose it really could be either, but just wanted to reach out and get others advice and/or experience. No bleeding. But last time I didnt bleed right away either. My back is seriously starting to cramp up bad. Its even radiating towards my hips and butt area.

Hopefully just over worrying and this is all just normal. Just kind of hard not to worry because of the last incident. Thank you. Please share your experiences or thoughts if you have any! 💗
